Role at Emerson: Jennifer provides research and recommendations for Emerson's fixed income and equity products and she focuses on portfolio construction and asset allocation. In addition, she maintains the firm’s investment performance history in accordance with GIPS® compliant standards, executes trades for client portfolios and is a member of the Investment Strategy Committee.
Experience: Previously, she was a senior client service associate and portfolio associate at Emerson, and a research associate for Eduventures, Inc. She credits Emerson with helping her learn many aspects of the investment business, such as equity and fixed-income investing as well as portfolio management — knowledge that convinced her to sit for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation exam. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society. Jennifer is a cum laude graduate of Boston College (BS).
