Equity Analyst
Role at Emerson: Pat is responsible for identifying and recommending investment opportunities for Emerson’s equity products.  He maintains and analyzes data related to our investment decisions, due diligence, compliance, risk management and performance attribution.  Additionally, Pat contributes to asset allocation decisions and is a member of the firm’s Investment Strategy Committee.
Experience: Before joining Emerson, Pat worked in the financial services arena constructing financial models and performing due diligence at a Boston-based private equity firm.  He also worked for Brown Brothers & Harriman Co. as a securities lending analyst; as well as a consultant for a market research and management consulting firm in Boston, where he provided analytic insights on consumers and global markets.  Pat is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society.  He is a summa cum laude graduate of Stonehill College (BA) and Boston College (MBA/MSF).
Interests: Baseball, golf, skiing and running (he is a veteran of the 113th Boston Marathon and the 2011 San Diego Marathon)
