Bradford A. Gardner
President and Managing Director
Role at Emerson: As president and managing director, Brad is involved with every aspect of the business, particularly with sustaining client relationships. He manages client portfolios, works closely with Emerson staff on operations and client service, and is a member of our Investment Strategy and Executive Committees.
Experience: Brad joined Emerson in 1986, shortly after its founding. Prior to joining Emerson, he was with EG&G (now PerkinElmer), a Fortune 500 company, where he had a variety of management roles. Active in the community, Brad is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society. In addition, he currently serves as a Trustee of Providence County Day School, is a member of the finance and investment committees of Darrow School and is the past chairman of its board of trustees. He is a graduate of Lafayette College (BA) and completed Harvard Business School (PMD).
Interests: Golf, gardening, reading, jazz music and travel.
