Client Service Manager
Role at Emerson: Amy manages the daily responsibilities of our Client Service Team. She upholds Emerson's leading standards by auditing the quality of our service and reporting, developing staff and designing procedures. Amy also works closely with Jack Lemery and Stacy Reinhart to support their clients through the new account transition process, prepare reporting materials, execute requests for capital and coordinate any other matters pertinent to their accounts.
Experience: Prior to joining Emerson, Amy worked for Wellington Management and TA Associates Realty. She is a graduate of Northeastern University (BS).
Interests: Mentoring with the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and playing with her cats Lola and Murphy.
